preserve capitialization in titles #16

On https://mdcramer.github.io/apple-2-blog/ the title of the second post is "Bringing the clunker back to life." When I click into the post, however, it is displayed as "Bringing The Clunker Back To Life." This is true across the blogs. I would like for the titles to have the same capitalization as on the 'index' page.
