OA and KAPPA

Hello, I have obtained Bay_HyperNet_result1.mat and groundth, but I don't know how to choose a suitable threshold to process Bay_HyperNet_result1.mat. How can I use the functions in evaluation.py to calculate the evaluation index? ? thanks
