[BUG] Toggle not reflecting actual state #545

Describe your issue

I noticed some toggles in the 'Optimizations' tab (and maybe others) don't always reflect the current state. As you can see in the pic attached, the current value is 1, but the toggle is off.
When toggling twice, the 'current' value changes to 0.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Occuers when adjustments haven't been made before.

Expected behavior

If the value is 1, the toggle should be on (or explained why it's off).

Actual behavior

Toggle not reflecting current value.
