[BUG] File Explorer "Home" page is still appearance sometimes.

Describe your issue

The File Explorer "Home" page (default landing page showing recent files, pinned files, and Office.com) still appears on left side panel after try delete any files\folder and still showing until explorer closed

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open Explorer and navigate to any folder.
2. Delete folder or files.
3. Home shortcut immediately appears in bottom of left side panel

Expected behavior

Winhance hide Home page completely.

Actual behavior

Home folder show up exactly after deleting file\folder via mouse or keyboard.
