[BUG] 使用winhance优化后，出现2个问题

使用winhance优化后，出现2个问题：
1.wsappx cpu和内存占用极高，使用下面的命令能修复
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
2.微软中文输入法异常，出现过无法显示候选词、无法切换中文的问题

Thanks for the report! The Chinese IME issue was caused by Winhance renaming TextInputHost.exe when the "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service" option was set to Disabled — that file actually hosts the IME candidate-word window for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean input. On Windows 10 the registry change alone is enough to disable the touch keyboard, so the rename was unnecessary; on Windows 11 the rename is required for non-CJK users (the OS now reverts the registry change), but it would still break CJK input there too.

The setting now skips the rename on Windows 10 entirely, and on Windows 11 it skips the rename when a Chinese, Japanese, or Korean language is installed. The registry change still applies in both cases.

(On the wsappx high CPU side: that's almost always Windows component-store corruption — your sfc /scannow + dism /restorehealth was the right fix, and it's not something Winhance triggers directly.)

This fix is in the development branch (d5aab034) and will be available for testing in Release 26.
