Would you consider adding a LICENSE file?

Hi, thanks for building ToDoBar.

I noticed the repo does not currently include a LICENSE file. I’ve been experimenting on top of your app with significant UI changes, including making the whole window more compact/mini, so my version is probably not a good fit to merge back upstream directly.

I’d like to ask:

1. Would you consider adding a LICENSE file to the repo?
2. Would it be okay for me to fork this project and continue developing it as a separate open-source project?
3. I do not have any commercial plan for it at the moment, only to open-source my follow-up implementation.
