SenseCAP Indicator: Shutdown button reboots device

Describe the bug
Shutdown button behaviour is the same as Reboot button - device reboots.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Reboot/Shutdown'
3. Press 'Shutdown'
4. See error

Expected behaviour
You would expect ESP32 to go to deep sleep after pressing the Shutdown button.

• Firmware download source: web-flasher

I think the sleep modes are not working for the Sensecap Indicator or these have been disabled because of that.
