📅 Task #1: Scheduling the Inaugural SC Meeting
Welcome to the newly nominated Steering Committee members! Our first order of business is to coordinate our inaugural sync.
🕒 Time Zone Coordination
To accommodate our global team, specifically ensuring we bridge the gap between CET (Europe) and EST (North America), we are looking for a start time after 3:00 PM CET / 9:00 AM EST.
🗓️ Proposed Timeline
We are aiming for mid-March. This timing is ideal as it allows us to align on our strategy and discuss KubeCon EU preparations before we (hopefully) see many of you in person!
🎥 Transparency & Recording
In line with our commitment to open governance, we plan to live-stream this session or, at a minimum, record it for the community to review.
