Bug Description
For both regular blob containers and ADLS Gen2 blob containers:
When clicking “Upload Directory…” from the Upload dropdown, the dialog that appears is titled “Upload Folder”. This creates an inconsistency between the action label (“Directory”) and the dialog terminology (“Folder”), which may confuse users.
Additionally, for ADLS Gen2 blob containers:
When clicking “New Directory”, the dialog that appears is titled “New Folder”

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Storage Explorer.
- Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
- Open a Blob Container -> Click the “Upload” button.
- Select “Upload Directory…” from the dropdown.
- Observe the title of the dialog that appears.
Actual Experience
A dialog titled “Upload Folder” is displayed.
Expected Experience
The terminology should be consistent.
- Rename the dialog to “Upload Directory”, or
- Rename the action to “Upload Folder…”, or
