VinVL features for datasets not available

I tried to download the pre-extracted image features in the VinVL_DOWNLOAD.md with azcopy, but it failed with:

INFO: Scanning...
INFO: Autologin not specified.
failed to perform copy command due to error: Login Credentials missing. No SAS token or OAuth token is present and the resource is not public.

How can I download them since I cannot create an azure account with some reasons?
