What url? I found something like https://www.nuget.org/packages/Xliff.OM/ but it does not look official.

I'm using that one indeed... I think when I installed it first time the owner was "RyanKi" (now the author) that was Ryan King, the owner of the Xliff lib inside MS.
Now he has been assigned to someone else, so none is really doing anything with this lib lately.

I'm considering to take a dependency on this package in my lib for doing job with XLIFF files. Do you have any info about future of the package? Is it going to be maintained by MS or community?

As far as I understood, at the moment there is no MS owner, I think @RyanKing77 is still supervising a bit but not clear the path yet.
I'm building an higher-level library that uses this to one as well.
Btw, I checked and current owner of Nuget package is the author of the last commit of this library, so still a MS employee (even if almost an year ago)

Yes it is. Not feature complete yet tho. Will be in the next weeks. It takes care splitting in paragraphs, converting HTML tags to xliff formats and so on. If you have plain text without structure the xliff.OM is simple to use
