APM moves to Microsoft OSS organization

I'm excited to announce that APM (Agent Package Manager) has moved from danielmeppiel/apm to its new home at microsoft/apm.

What changed

• New home: microsoft/apm is now the canonical repository
• Open source compliance: LICENSE, SECURITY.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, and CONTRIBUTING.md have all been updated to align with Microsoft's open source standards
• SUPPORT.md: A new support file clarifies that APM is a community-driven project — support happens here on GitHub through Issues and Discussions, not through Microsoft customer support channels
• v0.7.3: Ships with all of the above, plus dependency security bumps and install script fixes

What didn't change

• APM is and remains fully open source under the MIT license
• The CLI, the package format, and the registry model all work exactly the same
• Existing packages and workflows are unaffected

• File issues at microsoft/apm/issues for bugs and feature requests
• Contribute — PRs are welcome, see CONTRIBUTING.md
• The legacy repo at danielmeppiel/apm will redirect here
