Terminal should focus the last used tab when closing currently focused tab

Description of the new feature

Currently, closing the currently focused tab switches focus to the next tab (or, in the lack thereof, the previous tab). However, if I run a program that temporarily opens a new tab, I would find it more convenient that, upon closing that new tab, the focus switched back to the tab I was just using.

So, this works as you'd expect if you configure the "tab switcher interface style" to "... most recently used order":

We probably shouldn't couple the tab focus order on tab closure with this setting, so I'm marking this up as a bug for the backlog rather than a feature request.

I'd like to work on this. My approach: in _RemoveTab (TabManagement.cpp), remove the TabSwitcherMode check and always use MRU to select the next tab on close, regardless of the tab switcher setting. This decouples tab-close focus behavior from the tab switcher preference, as mentioned by @DHowett
