[Feature Request] Static C library

Hi all,

I'd like to embed tsgo within my Rust binary (so I can distribute a single binary application).

Given Go can be compiled to static and dynamic C libraries, I'd like to request that tsgo be distributed as a static and/or dynamic C library such that it is directly callable from other native applications.

I am happy to open PRs to enable this functionality if the team is happy with the idea.

As embedders would be a small population, the embedder library doesn't need to be a stable interface for support purposes.

This may be technically possible, but with caveats that may not make it something we try and explicitly support.

Does IPC or Wasm not work for your use case?
