Update docs to show how to get detailed logs using the `Developer: Set Log Level...` command from the command palette

Maybe in https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/python/settings-reference although we don't really have a clean place to include it. Alternatively we could put it in the debugging page, although that is focused on debugging your code we could expand it to include debugging issues in the extension as well
