Unnecessary info notification shown after selecting venv

After choosing a venv option I see this info notification which feels unnecessary because it's right above the language status item, would it be possible to just wiggle the language status item when an extension changes its value if the goal is to provide confirmation that the change took place?

@karrtikr Would it be possible to add an internal API to wiggle the status item? Once we have that you can re-assign this to me to remove the notification in this case.

I'm not sure how to trigger the wiggling of the language status item. @joyceerhl Are you aware of any existing way to do so?

It wiggles whenever something for the status changes

Actually, we use a normal status bar item and not the language status item here, given our discussion with VS Code. We don't have the ability to pin items just yet, so we can't switch to it.

Given all this, I don't think it's currently possible to trigger a wiggle of interpreter info.

What we can possibly do though is add some dummy item in language status and quickly remove it to wiggle the '{}'.
