vscode should be in the list already to toggle on screen recording

When one wants to record their screen to report an issue, vscode prompts the user to go to system settings and give vscode permission to record screen.

However, when user opens the system settings, vscode is not there -- so user has to add it manually. Could we have vscode already in the list?
