Settings editor search: Down Arrow does not focus settings on macOS

Reproduction

1. On macOS, open the Settings editor.
2. Focus the Settings search input.
3. Press Down Arrow.

Actual behavior

Focus remains in the search input.

Expected behavior

Focus moves from the search input to the settings results, matching the existing Windows behavior.

I see [KeybindingService]: + Invoking command settings.action.focusSettingsFromSearch. in the logs when I press down, but the first setting does not get focused. Focus remains in the chat input erroneously.
