Add Beta builds

To add builds for beta.
To allow other people to try my latest features before they go to stable.

I would probably use the following semver naming conventions:

vMajor.Minor.Patch-beta.prerelease-number

Examples:

v1.0.0-beta.1
v1.2.3-beta.2
v2.0.0-beta.10

As the build system triggers on v*, it might already work.

Naming is complicated for Windows.
Building with "version": "1.10.0-beta.1", failed with:

I will try a new schema:

• vMajor.Minor.Patch-BetaPrereleaseNumber
• v1.10.0-1

Tauri does not allow v1.10.0.1 as it has some semantic versioning rules baked it.

I don't use a dedicated beta branch, but use the semantic numbering.

It's confusing that I can create a beta (e.g. focus mode in v1.10.0-1, but then I publish v1.10.0 without focus but with a different feature. But okay, that's unpredictable.
