Ability to sync with GitHub

Instead of having independent YAML files that live in our computers, we should be able to have a repository where these YAML files could be deployed with the right versioning, as a package manager would do. That way you could choose to either deploy a component from the "central" repository or your local one. And store/archive a component in a similar manner
