Custom Post Types

I'm using the 'Custom Post Type UI' plugin, and was wondering if I might be able to specify which custom post type to call the hook, as it only seems to work with the out of the box 'POST' type.

Sorry, I didn't see the email come through. I was creating custom post types to represent certain sections that my mobile app would load, but it looks like I can only use the standard post type in wordpress
