Creation of Nemoclaw sandbox is very slow

Creation of Nemoclaw sandbox is very slow (e.g. 15mins) with no visual feedback until finished. If the user navigates away from the creation page while the sandbox is being created there is no indication that a creation is in progress.

There are now two options for creating a new sandbox. One creates a new sandbox using the default image. The other will rebuild the image and create a new sandbox. Good for diagnostics.
