The Operetta HCS format that I currently submitted is from an Operetta HCS microscope (old, with Xenon lamp, und 1360 x 1024 pixel camera, MaxIntensity = 16383. More important for the file format: This is the PE software Harmony 4.1, files are exported with the export function from this software.
File names are r01c01f01p01-ch1sk1fk1fl1.tiff

The new device is Operetta CLS, with Harmony 5.1 software. Camera: Pixel 2160 x 2160, but can be used in binning modes. MaxIntensity = 65536. The export file format from Harmony 5.1 is still the same, namely:
