Remote MCP Oauth Example

Hey, would be great to have a basic Remote MCP Example with OAuth.

Simple auth example can be found here.

Right now it uses SSE transport, but equally one can use streamable-http. Inspector changes to test it will be published soon.
Note, the server does not provide an example of multi node deployment, just an auth.

Works fine when AS, RS and client run on same system.
I should think getting client to run remote isn't a big challenge .
