dependency: mohlemeyer~vertxQunitSinon~0.0.3 cannot be found in any repository

when trying to deploy the module I get an error saying the dependency mohlemeyervertxQunitSinon0.0.3 cannot be found in any repository. I had to remove it from the "include" to make the module deployable.
