Describe the bug
Scans show what can be deleted, after attempting, says zero freed

Fixed pending release (v2.2.0).

This was caused by the same root cause as #75 / #71 / #89 — the cleaning engine was failing on root-owned items and on whole-subtree allow-list misses, then reporting "0 freed" instead of surfacing the failure.

Three fixes landed in main via #80:

1. isSafeToDelete allow-list extended to cover the dev-cache roots that scanners actually emit (~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData, Xcode/Archives, CoreSimulator/Caches, ~/.npm, ~/.cache, ~/Library/Containers/com.docker.docker, /var/log, /var/tmp). Whole-root paths now pass the safety check (Xcode/Brew/Node scanners emit at the root and were silently skipped).
2. CleaningResult.cleanedPaths tracks what actually got deleted; the UI removes only those items instead of wiping the list and pretending success. Failed items stay visible.
3. Permission-denied failures get routed to a single admin-privileged xargs -0 /bin/rm -rf batch (one auth prompt covers the whole batch). Paths re-validated against the safety allow-list before escalation, post-stat'd to confirm what disappeared.

A real failure dialog now surfaces with the count and the items go to Logger, instead of fake-succeeding.

Please retest with the v2.2.0 DMG when it ships.
