Having the same problem here, I gave it complete access to my disk and it was unable to uninstall the app.

I've found the issue—FDA can't address all permission issues. Many files are protected by SIP or require administrator privileges, and FDA can't delete them either. Let me see if I can put in a PR.

Fixed pending release.

This is the same TCC registration problem reported in #75 / #71 / #81 / #82 / #74. Root cause was that the uninstaller delegated deletes to Finder via NSAppleScript, so macOS recorded Finder as the requester for the file syscalls — PureMac itself never tripped TCC and never got registered in the Full Disk Access pane. Granting access to PureMac was a no-op because PureMac wasn't the process being blocked.

Landed in main via the rebase of #80:

• FileManager.trashItem replaces the AppleScript bridge so the syscall originates from PureMac
• FullDiskAccessManager.triggerRegistration() does real reads on ~/Library/Mail etc. at launch to force TCC registration on first run
• Permission-denied failures route to a single admin-privileged batch via osascript ... with administrator privileges so SIP/root-owned files actually get cleaned
• "Reveal PureMac" + "Reset & re-prompt" recovery actions for the homebrew-quarantine-stripped and stale-bundle cases

Will ship in v2.2.0 once the new signed/notarized release pipeline (fcca8ec) finishes its first run. Will leave this issue open until the binary is in your hands — please test the v2.2.0 DMG when it lands and confirm you can delete an app.
