Add preview snippets to message list for faster inbox browsing

Both viewers show metadata, but neither one surfaces a Gmail-like preview snippet in the message list. Since the project is explicitly aiming for a Gmail-style browsing experience, preview text would make triage much faster. The current HTML list shows subject, from, labels, first recipient, and date. The Streamlit table similarly omits preview text.
