Open sent tabs in the app

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into your account on mobile and desktop.
2. Change the default browser to be different from the RB.
3. Send a tab to the device.
4. Refresh your account and wait for notifications to appear on the device,
5. Click the notification.

Expected behavior

• The tab is opened in the RF

Actual behavior

• The tab is opened in the default browser.
