Navbar on top of address bar

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app

Expected behavior

• can open a URL
• can open menu
• can open tab sheet, etc

Actual behavior

• can barely open open the menu and tab sheet, as the padding starts just above the top of the navbar
• cannot tap inside the address bar, it's completely under the navbar.
• the top of the browser is also underneath the stats bar and says <empty>

• Android device: Galaxy Tab S6/SM-T860 running Android 12!
