I can't reproduce with a Pixel 8 pro with Android 17 in the last Firefox nightly.

I had a similar issue on a different pdf file and was able to reproduce the OPs issue (Although I had to "search" the artefacts more than on my original document.). Test performed on "The Fairphone (Gen. 6)" with Android 16, Firefox Version 153.0
Same issues occur, when using Firefox beta and Firefox nightly.
