How configure Lib xevd to obtain a 8 bit buffer after img_pull call ?

My encoder is powered by YUV420 8-bit format, I don't understand why xevd_pull only outputs a YUV420 10-bit buffer.

As I understand, MPEG-5 EVC standard doesn't supports 8bit encoding and decoding. it can support 10bit.

We agree on that. However, is the chrominance format of an 8-bit file converted to 10 bits? When I use xevd_app, I get an 8-bit output file, but when I use my plugin integrating the xevd library, I get a 10-bit YUV420 output file. My problem must be related to the configuration, but which parameter can force this?
