[Watch] Ability to show/hide WorldSpace watch window based on WatchPlayer distance #2

Feature: Watch
Suggestion: Show and hide WorldSpace watch windows based on distance from the WatchPlayer.
Why?: When using WorldSpace display mode, the overlay is only important when the object is close enough to be seen by the camera. Adding in the ability to hide it when the player is far away will reduce clutter in the scene, and may also improve performance in situations where there are many GameObjects.
