Add some tests

Could use Wallaby, which utilizes a browser to render JavaScript, should allow us to write tests to prevent regressions.

live_vue added some tests which we is a good starting point to add test in live_react https://github.com/Valian/live_vue/blob/main/test/live_vue_test.exs
Since SSR is implemented now (it was not when I created this issue) we can test using the SSR render which should be good enough for a first PR.
