Detailed description

Allow sorting with the lock/unlock icon to then allow rearranging stacks to control startup order. This would allow users to adjust the display order and better integrate with native unraid features.

Alternatives considered

Manually start stacks in the desired order, or use another plugin that allows for reorganizing for display purposes (like folder view)
