Problem is in that phrase: "pdst.fm is a short‑form domain name". URL shorteners, even private ones, are highly suspicious and blocked by default.

Moreover, EasyList blocklist indicates that there were some third-party scripts from that domain. That is definitely bad. I don't think that is a good idea to unblock a domain with such prehistory. Sorry.
