Deprecate `.prefix` property #121

Ease transition to js-mutiformats

js-multiformats removed .prefix property. Having it pretty questionable design choice. Current plan is:

Figure out if it can be removed from Remove dependency on cid.prefix property ipfs/js-ipfs-bitswap#244 (and elsewhere ?)
Introduce a deprecation warning with a link to the migration guide (until next major release).
Remove in the next release.
