Feature Request: App and Website Blocker

Thank you so much for this wonderful app! I personally very enjoyed it and it helped me a lot to stay focus.

I would like to propose a useful feature: App and Website Blocker. During the focus interval, one may feel the need to block some website URLs (like X, Instagram, etc.), or some apps on the mac. Or, the user need to going through some intervention procedure to open the desired website or app. This feature would greatly help the users to stay in the focus status.

+1, sounds interesting. I think modifying /etc/hosts file would be helpful. See https://github.com/SelfControlApp/selfcontrol if the developer doesn't end up implementing it into this app, or if you want to implement it you can look at /Block Management folder in the repo to see how they did it.
