I think removing and re-adding the full docs preview label does not trigger a rerun

I've observed this before.

I almost think it would be a good idea to remove the full docs preview from the label, and just trigger it from the bot.
Because it's also a surprise that subsequent commits after "full docs preview" still do the slimfast build

The label approach wasn't really meant as a way to repeatedly run full builds. The bot commands are more for that. The label trigger was meant to ensure there was a final run prior to merging.
And yes, commits always use slimfast -- we had a lot of discussion around this and it seemed like the simplest choice.

Also it looks like the action may need a tweak for the changed label:
