Missing CollectionView default template

As a user, I'd expect the CollectionView to render an array of strings even if I don't define a template.
However, the default template was commented out at a certain point: https://github.com/nativescript-community/ui-collectionview/blob/master/src/collectionview/index-common.ts#L359

i think the reason was it made the component use Label from core when you might not want it in your app. the tree shaker would not be able to remove it
not sure the component should be used without a template. and all the docs demo show you how to do it.
i am open to discussion obviously. just explaining why it is like that
