Help migrating to .Net 6.0

Hello, I want to say this code just works fine on ASP Core Net 5.0, but in the new  version ASP Core .NET 6.0 it doesn't include the Startup.cs file any more, so migrating the code for Congifure and ConfigurationServices is confusing. Can you help migrating this code?
