Can't install or even Build neither in ubuntu or debian

when building i get the following error:
build github.com/net2share/dnstm: cannot load crypto/ecdh: malformed module path "crypto/ecdh": missing dot in first path element

when installing I get the following error:

dnstm: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by dnstm)
dnstm: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by dnstm)
