I purchased the printproxy license from the web, but after pay nothing appends, no email, no confirmation.

Someone have purchased and how many time they take to send instruction or activate the device?

I downloded the app from here but when i push activate device nothing happends

I had this issue also this week. I contacted support and here's what I did:

Install https://citaq.co.uk/pp41.apk and try activating with the email you used to purchase it. Make sure your date and time are correct and that the 3g module is installed.

Edit: Well, I tried it and sadly it tells me 'Payment Required' so somehow my purchase has not been activated or whatever they need to do. Pretty sad that they don't reply to me.
