Assistant still appears on global context menu despite not being installed

Steps to reproduce

1. install and setup the app
2. context menu appears
3. find option to disable it

Expected behaviour

there's way to disable it

Actual behaviour

no way to disable it, crowding the menu unnecessarily (and it doesn't even work because the module isn't enabled on my instance)

@nanaya I guess you are referring to the drawer menu (sliding in from the left).

In the general settings there is a config option to deactivate this completely. How every can't tell if that is what you are referring to or requesting.

@AndyScherzinger For me at least it's about the context menu on other apps. Where you can choose to copy, paste, search, share etc. when you select text. When I click the ⋮ an entry with 'Nextcloud assistant' appears. I didn't setup this (AI) assistent on my server or enabled this in the app.

@tobiasKaminsky @alperozturk96 can't tell how easy or hard it is to show or hide the context menu item as shown in #16552 (comment) based on Nextcloud Assistant being available or not.
