"Remove Download" unavailable on folders

This is an amendment to the "Always keep downloaded" feature.

Problem

On materialized files, our file provider extension offers a custom action in the Finder context menu to evict the downloaded content from the local disk.

As reported in a community thread in the forum, the materialized items in a folder cannot be evicted because the context menu action is missing on the selected folder.

Steps To Reproduce

1. "Always keep available offline" a folder
2. Wait for its content to materialize
3. "Allow automatic freeing up space" on that folder again
4. Wait for the pin decorations to disappear

Expected Behavior

1. "Remove Download" is offered in the context menu on the materialized folder

Actual Behavior

1. "Remove Download" is not offered in the context menu on the materialized folder but only on materialized files inside
