[Bug]: can not select custom background

Bug description

I tried to set a custom background on my c.nc.com account but I can not select and files.

Steps to reproduce

1. Got to Settings -> "Appearance and accessibility"
2. Scroll down to the background area
3. click on "custom background"

I get a empty file dialog:

Expected behavior

I can chose a background image from my files

Can confirm.

I do see the PROPFIND request being made and returning successfully, so looks like a frontend issue.

The "Recent" listing does seem to work
