Time Column changes time when exporting or editing!

Steps to reproduce

Hi,
we have a table that uses a column of the type "date & time" set to only "time".

When exporting the table to CSV all the entered times do have a wrong value. the are all offset by 2 hours.

I guess, that there is an issue that the time is stored with a time zone (or without one) and the export uses a different time zone (e.g. server time zone).

Expected behavior

i want that the export shows the exact same time as in the tables app.

Actual behavior

all exported times to have a 2h offset.

Update: It is even worse: Clicking in a time column to edit the existing entry already produces an offset. - E.g. the value is 18:00 and you click on it. the edit window already shows 20:00 instead
