folder description not shows when using folder tree to navigate

Describe the bug
When navigating the folders from the folder tree in the side panel, the folder description (from readme.md) is not shown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the files app
2. Click on folder tree in the side panel
3. Click on a specific folder with a nonempty readme.md
4. The folder description is not shown

Expected behaviour
Folder description should be shown.

Server details:

• Nextcloud version: 33.0.2
• PHP Version: 8.3
• Database: MariaDB 11.4.10

Client details:

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04
• Browser: All
