lncpipe - pandoc incorrectly not found

lncpipe is supposed to be looking for and failing to find bioconda::pandoc - per: https://github.com/ewels/nf-core-arm-discovery/blob/main/wave_results/039_lncpipe.yaml

pandoc is in conda-forge, not bioconda, but equally I can't find pandoc in the git@github.com:nf-core/lncpipe.git source.

check whether this is still the case.
