Include other component repos to AWS backup

Currently all pipeline GitHub repositories are backed up to AWS in this action.

We should extend this to other (small) nf-core GitHub repositories:

1. modules
2. configs
3. website(?)

Repos that should not be included (but we should find an alternative):

1. test-datasets
